How do I get started?

Do I need equipment for virtual sessions?

Not necessarily. Justin will build your program around what you have available — whether that's a fully equipped gym, a set of dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight. Let us know what you're working with in your application.

How many sessions per week?

That depends on your goals and schedule. Most coaching clients train 2–4 times per week. Justin will recommend a frequency during your consultation based on what will produce the best results for your situation.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

This is exactly where Justin's multi-disciplinary background shines. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Mobility Specialist, he's skilled at designing around injuries and limitations — and often at addressing them directly through the training itself.

Can I combine personal training with massage or mobility coaching?

Yes — and it's highly recommended. The three services are designed to complement each other. Massage maintains tissue health, mobility coaching builds range of motion, and personal training builds strength and fitness. Together they produce results none can achieve alone.

How is billing handled?

All training is billed monthly. Individual sessions are not offered — the monthly structure is intentional, because real results require consistency. You'll lock in your schedule and know exactly what your investment looks like each month.
